FITNESS DAYS
Throughout the year, you will be exposed to a wide array of different formats, ideas and concepts for for your fitness days. I have worked hard raising some money through various foundations to purchase modern fitness equipment that is being used in the fitness industry so that I can help to educate you on not only how to use the equipment but how it can be used to design a program for yourself to meet your fitness goals. I believe that fitness has to be fun, creative, unique and add a lot of variety to motivate students to work out regularly.
FITNESS FORMATS
There are various fitness formats that I will be using in class and you will need to be familiar with these in order to complete your 2nd Semester Fitness Project.
