What is FIT IN 15?
"Fit In 15" is the name that I gave to a series of 15 minute bodyweight home workout videos using a variety of formats and themes. The concept is built on two guiding principles-

Mixed- Cardio, Strength and Core
Cardiovascular- focusing on keeping a high, sustained heart rate
Strength- exercises that focus on building muscular strength and endurance
Core- exercises focused just on building core strength
Stretching- videos that feature 15 minutes of flexibility training
- Quality over quantity- utilize large muscle groups with formats that keep workouts fast paced and highly intense
- Accessibility- make workouts easy to stream and user friendly- all without needing a lot of space and equipment

- 45/15- 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest
- Tabata- 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest
- 30/10- 30 seconds of rest followed by 10 seconds of rest
- AMRAP- As Many Rounds As Possible
- EMOM- Every Minute On The Minute
