What is FIT IN 15?

"Fit In 15" is the name that I gave to a series of 15 minute bodyweight home workout videos using a variety of formats and themes.  The concept is built on two guiding principles-
  1. Quality over quantity- utilize large muscle groups with formats that keep workouts fast paced and highly intense
  2. Accessibility- make workouts easy to stream and user friendly- all without needing a lot of space and equipment
The idea is that by keeping workouts short, effective and accessible to do in their own comfortable space- people will be more motivated to stay consistent.  Although only 15 minutes long, these videos offer enough variety to help build an individual's overall fitness level.  If you want to workout longer than 15 minutes, these workouts are scalable because the formats are easy to repeat 2 or 3 times taking the overall workout close to an hour.  

What types of formats do these videos use?
  • 45/15-  45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest
  • Tabata-  20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest
  • 30/10- 30 seconds of rest followed by 10 seconds of rest
  • AMRAP- As Many Rounds As Possible 
  • EMOM- Every Minute On The Minute

What are the different workout themes?
Mixed- Cardio, Strength and Core
Cardiovascular- focusing on keeping a high, sustained heart rate 
Strength- exercises that focus on building muscular strength and endurance 
Core- exercises focused just on building core strength
Stretching- videos that feature 15 minutes of flexibility training
