Fitness Room Orientation

This short unit is intended to expose you to the state-of-the-art fitness room that you have here at Cupertino Middle School.  Two years ago, a lot of grant and foundation money went into modernizing and upgrading the fitness room to model what "modern" fitness facilities look like today.
